Working principle of excavator crushing bucket:
The crushing method of this series of excavator crushing bucket is curved extrusion type. The hydraulic motor drives the eccentric main shaft through the spline shaft, and the movable jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the top plate and the movable jaw becomes larger. , The wedge-shaped space of the feed port becomes larger, and the large piece of material moves downward under the action of gravity. When the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed flange, the wedge-shaped space of the feed port becomes smaller, and the material is squeezed and rubbed. Multiple crushing such as, crushing, etc.; at the same time, when the movable jaw descends, the angle between the top plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, the excavator crushes the bucket, and the movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and the spring. It is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing cavity. With the continuous rotation of the hydraulic motor, the crushing bucket of the stone excavator and the movable jaw of the crushing bucket are periodically crushed and discharged.

1.Operating principle: Adopting Imported full set of drawings and technology, the motor and the eccentric shaft 
direct connection structure, through the hydraulic motor output power, drive flywheel and eccentric shaft rotation, 
so that the jaw plate to achieve continuous reciprocating movement, with fixed jaw plate to form a continuous 
effect of extrusion pressure to crushing material. By reversing the rotation, clogged material can be easily released.
2.Quality assurance: In addition to the jaw plate and the replaceable connecting ear plate assembly, all are made of 
steel, with the design concept of the light weight and high strength wearable for the crushing 
bucket. The core hydraulic parts are all supplied by Japan(All imported)
3.Jaw Plate: The high strength wear resistance jaw plate is devided into upper moveable plate and lower fixed 
plate which can be exchanged with each other, and the rear and front sections can also be exchanged to maximize 
the jaw plate usage and reduce the replacement frequency. The replacement period for the upper jaw plate is about 
500-600 hours, for the lower jaw plate is 800-1000 hours. The replacement period are different based on the 
hardness of crushing material.
4.The adjustment size: The size of the discharge port can be easily adjusted from 20mm to 120mm by increasing 
or reducing the number and thickness of the adjustment plate at the discharge port of the crusher bucket. 
5.About the output: the size of the discharge port is generally adjusted to 30-50mm, according to the size, hardness 
of the crushed material and excavator condition, the average output is about 15-22 tons per hour, the larger 
adjustment crushed size, the higher the output. 
6.Installation: Use the excavator crushing hammer pipeline to connect the inlet and outlet oil pipe(1 inch) of the 
crushing bucket, and one oil return pipe to directly return to the main tank.
