Product Maintenance :

1. Replacement of parts:
After the customer buys the auger, the original parts of themanufacturer should be used. Reducer gear oil check reqularly

2. pipeline:When customers use auger, they should use special supporting pipesWhen disassembling each time, they must ensure that the pipes andtheir joints are clean, so as to avoid accidental impurities brought intothe disassembly and damage to the auger.

3. the use of hydraulic oil:
Before installing the auger, it is necessary to filter the hydraulic oil,clean the oil tank, and replace the oil on the excavator. The oil on theexcavator should be replaced frequently according to the service life ofthe excavator.

4. gear oil:
The gear oil of the reducer must be inspected regularly, inspected oncea month, replaced once every six months, and the oil height is equal tothe inspection hole.

5. butter lubrication:
Every 4 hours (whichever comes first): Fill lubricating oil, lubricateshaft pin and rotating gear once.6.0il Seal:
Every half year or 1000 hours (whichever comes first) : replace thehydraulic cylinder oil seal and motor oil seal once. Do not replace theoil seal after the specified period.
